This policy explains appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, service credits, refunds, chargebacks and related procedures applicable to all Aarogyama services.
Pricing Overview
This policy explains how consultation fees are determined across Aarogyama locations, including clinic-based consultations, online sessions, therapy packages and permanent clinic transfers. It forms an integral part of Aarogyama's Terms & Conditions and applies to all clients.
1. General Pricing Policy
Consultation fees at Aarogyama are determined based on the clinic location selected by the Client at the time of booking. Pricing may vary between clinic locations and online consultations depending on infrastructure, operational costs and services offered.
2. Applicable Therapy Charges
For therapy sessions and therapy packages, the pricing applicable at the selected clinic at the commencement of therapy shall remain applicable throughout the treatment plan unless Aarogyama approves a permanent transfer to another clinic location.
3. Temporary Online Consultations
Clients may request to attend one or more therapy sessions online for convenience, subject to therapist availability. Such temporary online sessions shall not alter, reduce or modify the therapy charges applicable to the originally selected clinic.
4. Permanent Change of Clinic
Where a Client permanently transfers their therapy to another Aarogyama clinic, the pricing applicable at the new clinic may apply prospectively from the date of transfer after approval by Aarogyama.
5. Switching Between Clinics
Occasional consultations at another Aarogyama clinic for operational or scheduling convenience shall not constitute a permanent transfer and shall not change the applicable therapy pricing.
6. Online to Offline Transition
Clients commencing therapy through online consultations and subsequently choosing to permanently continue treatment at a physical Aarogyama clinic shall be charged according to the pricing applicable at the selected clinic from the date of such transition.
7. Therapy Packages
Therapy packages remain linked to the clinic location at which the package was originally purchased. Package pricing cannot be recalculated retrospectively because of temporary online sessions or occasional attendance at another clinic.
8. Future Aarogyama Locations
As Aarogyama expands its network, consultation fees may differ between locations. The pricing applicable to each location shall be published on the Platform and may be revised from time to time.
9. Pricing Revisions
Aarogyama reserves the right to revise consultation fees for future bookings. Any revision shall not affect therapy plans or packages already purchased unless otherwise communicated in writing.
