Dr. Swati A Sood

Dr. Swati A. Sood is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist. A Gold Medalist in her Master's Degree, she brings over 10 years of professional experience and has conducted more than 7,000 therapy sessions, helping individuals achieve lasting emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.

She has received specialized training in working with individuals with disabilities, including visual and hearing impairments. Her professional certifications include The Gottman Seven Principles Program, Positive Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention, enabling her to provide comprehensive and evidence-based psychological care.

Dr. Swati specializes in Marital & Relationship Counselling, Anxiety & Stress Management, Depression & Mood Disorders, Trauma Recovery, Mindfulness and Emotional Resilience. Her therapeutic approach combines clinical expertise with empathy, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Beyond clinical practice, she has conducted mental health workshops and wellness programs for organizations including Synergy Maritime and other corporate teams. She has also been invited as a mental health expert on platforms such as Radio Mirchi and Radio City, contributing to public awareness and emotional wellness education.
